Plan

Free — sharing is included

A report is most useful when the right person sees it — a co-founder who owns the legal blockers, an advisor reviewing readiness, or a lawyer signing off on generated documents. Wolfix gives you two ways to hand a report over: a shareable link and a PDF export.

Open the report you want to share

From your dashboard, open the project and select the report you want to share. Sharing always acts on a single point-in-time report, so pick the one that reflects the state you want the other person to see.

Choose how to share

Open the Share menu in the report topbar. You have two options:

  • Copy link — generates a link to this exact report. Anyone you send it to can open the report without signing in. The link is tied to this report only, not your whole account.
  • Export PDF — renders the full report as a PDF you can attach to an email or drop into a shared drive. This is the right choice for a lawyer or advisor who wants a static record.

Pick the option that fits your reader. A teammate who will act on findings usually wants the live link; an external reviewer usually wants the PDF.

Set who can see it

Before you send a link, check its visibility. A shared report shows findings, severity, and the department breakdown, but it never exposes your account, billing, or other projects.

If you are sharing with someone outside your team, the PDF export is the safer choice — it is a snapshot that will not change as you re-scan, and it cannot be used to reach the live report.

A link stays live

A copied link reflects the live report at that URL. If you would rather hand over a fixed snapshot — for example to a lawyer for sign-off — export a PDF instead so later re-scans do not change what they reviewed.

Send it and confirm

Send the link or PDF through your usual channel — email, Slack, or a shared drive. To confirm the link works, open it in a private browser window where you are not signed in. You should see the report's stat tiles, findings, and department summary, and nothing from your account.

Re-share after a re-scan

Reports are point-in-time. After you fix blockers and run a new scan, share the new report so your reader sees the improved state — the old link still points at the older report.

You just did

Your report is shared

  • Opened the specific report you wanted to share
  • Chose between a live link and a PDF export
  • Confirmed what a recipient can and cannot see
  • Sent the report and verified the shared view
