Program Terms
These Program Terms govern Wolfix's early-access, beta, invite, referral, and credits programs. In these terms, 'Wolfix', 'we', and 'us' mean Wolfix LLC, and 'you' means the holder of the Wolfix account to which a program benefit applies or may apply.
1. Activation requirement
All program benefits — beta access, invites, and any discount — are earned only upon activation of your account. "Activation" means that you sign up, confirm your email address, create a real project, and complete a successful scan of that project.
Signing up, joining the waitlist, confirming your email, or holding an invite does not by itself grant any benefit. If activation is not completed, no benefit is granted, even if you started the process or held a place in line.
Your position on the waitlist (your "waitlist position") records the order in which you confirmed your email address. It is used for ordering and attribution only and does not on its own guarantee any benefit; benefits are granted on activation as described in these terms.
2. Early-access cohort and grace window
The early-access cohort is limited. The first 100 accounts to complete activation are recorded in the early-access cohort — an internal ordering used to allocate invite capacity (see Section 3). After those 100 spots are filled, a grace window admits a limited number of additional early-access accounts.
Specifically: of the people who confirmed their email before the 100 spots were filled and who complete activation within 24 hours of the spots filling, up to the 20 earliest (ranked by the time they confirmed their email) are also recorded in the early-access cohort. Total early-access-cohort membership is capped at 120 accounts.
The early-access cohort determines invite allocation only; it does not by itself grant any price, discount, or other member benefit. Membership under this grace window extends only to those up-to-20 earliest qualifying participants. It does not extend to every person who began signing up, held an invite, or completed activation after the window closed. If more than 20 people qualify, only the earliest 20 by email-confirmation time are recorded in the cohort.
3. Beta access and invites
Before general availability, Wolfix is invite-only. Beta access is not guaranteed; admission is at Wolfix's discretion and may be limited or closed at any time.
Early-access members may issue up to 5 invites; beta members may issue up to 3 invites. An invite, once redeemed, does not by itself grant any benefit to the person who redeems it — they must still complete activation. While early-access spots remain, an invite from an early-access member may allow the invitee to join the early-access cohort on activation.
Wolfix may revoke, expire, or refuse to honour invites, and may suspend or revoke beta access, where it reasonably determines that abuse has occurred. "Abuse" has the meaning given in Section 7 (Anti-abuse and clawback): fraud, self-referral, multiple-account abuse, chargeback abuse, or other circumvention of these terms.
4. Beta cap and overflow
Beta is capped at 1,000 activated members, with a grace allowance of up to an additional 20% (a ceiling of 1,200) handled in the same manner as the early-access grace window.
Once the beta cap is reached, invites are not void but grant a reduced benefit: an invitee who activates after the cap receives an extended trial only, valid for 6 months, with no beta discount and no further invites to issue. When the 6-month extended trial ends, the account converts to the then-current standard pricing, unless another applicable offer is in effect at that time.
Benefits therefore differ depending on when you activate relative to the cap. Activating before the cap can grant beta benefits; activating after the cap grants the extended-trial-only benefit described above.
5. General-availability conversion
When Wolfix reaches general availability, beta members who were genuinely active during beta convert to 50% off Pro for 12 months. "Genuinely active during beta" means that the account completed activation and ran at least one successful scan on a real project during the beta period, as reflected in Wolfix's account activity records.
This 50%-off benefit cannot be combined or stacked with any other discount or credit. After the 12-month period ends, your subscription renews at the then-current standard Pro price unless another applicable offer is in effect.
Beta members who were not genuinely active during beta do not receive the 50%-off conversion and move to standard pricing at general availability.
6. Paid referral program (from general availability)
At general availability Wolfix intends to launch a paid referral program. Under it, a referrer earns a tiered reward and the person they refer (the referee) receives a discount. The reward and discount are credited only when the referee makes their first successful payment.
Referral rewards and referee discounts are subject to clawback (reversal) only where the referral or the underlying payment involves abuse as defined in Section 7 — fraud, self-referral, multiple-account abuse, chargeback abuse, or other circumvention of these terms. Clawback does not apply to a customer's good-faith exercise of statutory refund or withdrawal rights (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law) or to a non-abusive payment dispute.
The paid referral program is not yet in effect. Its specific tiers, amounts, and full rules will be published in separate terms when it launches, and those terms will govern the program from launch.
7. Anti-abuse and clawback
In these terms, "abuse" means fraud, self-referral, multiple-account abuse, chargeback abuse, or any other circumvention of these terms. Wolfix may withhold, revoke, or reverse any benefit (beta access, discount, invite, or referral reward) that was obtained through abuse.
Clawback and benefit reversal under these terms apply only to abuse as defined above. They do not apply to a customer's good-faith exercise of statutory refund or withdrawal rights (including the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law) or to a non-abusive payment dispute.
All program benefits are personal to your account. They are non-transferable, cannot be sold or assigned, and have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for money.
Where Wolfix reverses a benefit for abuse, it may also suspend or close the account involved.
8. Credits and the daily spending limit
Wolfix fixes are paid for with account credits. When you connect an AI agent to your account (for example over the Model Context Protocol), that agent can spend your credits on your behalf, in one step, without confirming each charge. You control this with the "fix:spend" consent scope, which is off by default.
To protect you against an agent — or a runaway loop — spending more than you intend, you can set a daily spending limit (in credits) in your account settings. While a limit is set, a fix that would push your spending past the limit for that day is paused, and no credits are charged for it. Leaving the limit blank means there is no daily cap and spending is bounded only by your available credit balance.
The daily limit is a calendar-day limit that resets at 00:00 UTC. It applies to all spending on the account, whether started from the Wolfix web app or by a connected agent. We may notify you by in-app banner, and by email if you opt in, as you approach or reach the limit. The limit is a spending safeguard only; it does not change the price of any fix, your credit balance, or your subscription.
9. Program modification
These programs (beta access and invites, the beta-to-GA conversion, and the referral program) are promotional and offered at Wolfix's discretion. Wolfix may modify, suspend, or end any of them at any time, on a going-forward basis.
A benefit is "vested" once it has been granted to an account that completed activation under these terms — for example, a beta discount applied to an active account. A prospective program change never removes or reduces a vested benefit retroactively.
Where these terms conflict with Wolfix's general Terms of Service, the general Terms govern except as to the specific program benefits described here.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.
Statutory refund, withdrawal, and dispute rights — including rights under EU and UK consumer law, such as the 14-day withdrawal right — are unaffected by any program condition, clawback, or benefit rule in these terms.
