Compare tiers at /pricing

Wolfix has three plans — Free, Pro, and Business — and you can move between them whenever your needs change. Upgrading unlocks more scans, recurring monitoring, and additional projects; downgrading scales you back when a launch crunch is over. This article walks through the change itself. For what each tier includes and the current prices, see the pricing page — figures live there so they always reflect the latest plans.

Open billing settings

From your dashboard, open Settings and select Billing. This page shows your current plan, your next renewal date, and the payment method on file. Everything about changing tiers happens from here.

Pick the plan you want

Click Change plan to see the three tiers side by side. The flow makes the common moves clear:

  • Free to Pro — the usual first upgrade, taken when you want recurring scans and a larger scan allowance instead of remembering to re-scan by hand.
  • Pro to Business — for teams running many projects or needing the highest allowances and the most monitored projects.
  • Downgrade — Pro to Free or Business to Pro works the same way; you keep your data and drop to the lower plan's limits at the end of your billing cycle.

Select the tier that fits and continue. The exact allowances and prices are shown on the pricing page, so check there before you commit.

Prices live on the pricing page

Wolfix doesn't restate prices inside the help center because they change over time. Open /pricing in another tab to compare the current figures while you choose.

Confirm payment and review the proration

When you move up a tier, Wolfix shows what you'll be charged now and what your renewal will be. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated — you pay only for the remainder of the current period at the new rate, and your renewal date stays the same. Confirm the payment method on file is correct, then complete the change.

A downgrade is also previewed here: it takes effect at the end of your current period, so you keep the higher plan's limits until then and aren't charged again until your next renewal at the lower rate.

Downgrading reduces your limits

When a downgrade takes effect, your scan allowance, recurring schedules, and project count drop to the lower plan's limits. Recurring schedules above the new plan's allowance are paused, not deleted — re-enable them if you upgrade again. Your past reports are never removed.

Confirm the new plan is active

After the change, the Billing page reflects your new plan and renewal date. An upgrade is active immediately, so a larger scan allowance and any newly unlocked features — like recurring scans — are available right away. A downgrade shows your current plan until the cycle ends, with the new plan listed as scheduled.

Need a receipt for the change?

Every plan change and renewal generates a receipt you can download or forward to finance. See receipts and invoices for where they live and how to add a tax ID.
